- Don't be a jerk. Plain and simple.
We've all been taught at least a little bit about respect, so go on and use it. Don't be running around the Forum just to start drama or be mean. Treat others how you'd like to be treated and make sure that it's at least common decency. If it isn't, the staff reserve every right to get rid of your account and kick you off the site for persistently not being decent and/or being disrespectful.
- PG-13 and other TOS from Proboards
First and formally, you must obey the TOS from Proboards. You agree to them when you register for any of their sites. That means we are all bound by them,so obey them.
As much as I know this could be drawn out past PG-13, it is not to be anything past PG-13. We are bound by the TOS as previously stated. Therefore, every thread and shred of material on this site has to be kept PG-13 and below. If it's questionable, just don't do it. There's no point in risking everyone's fun on the Forum. - Respect the Staff and Warning System
The staff are here for the role play just as much as you are. They are also here to help keep the Forum up to par for everyone's continued pleasure. If a staff member is dong their job, listen to them and don't argue. If you believe a staff member is over stepping their bounds or are disobeying rules themselves, report them to another staff member you trust. They have to follow these rules just as much as you do, if not more since they are in a position of authority.
One verbal warning will be given on the first offense. Next is a 24 hour ban. After that is a 72 hour ban. Fourth offense is an automatic permanent ban. - No spamming, trolling, or anything of the nature.
Definitions of the above from Google.
Spamming: send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.
Trolling: make a deliberately offensive or provocative online posting with the aim of upsetting someone or eliciting an angry response from them. - All or nothing.
If I forgot to be more specific and didn't include a rule, staff can still dish out a punishment if need be (or you report a member who is in the questionable area of needing a punishment). There's no real reason to have a longer rule section since we're all people, but some people need the refresher. If things need to be added, they will be, and these rules are subject to editing.
